A week ago Helena eric and I all went on a hike a out forty minutes from our house. It was six miles and pretty exhausting for 30weeks pregnant me! But it was worth it. We hiked alongside some offshoots of the cape fear river and Came up to the to river itself and a beautiful waterfall. It reminded me of my last pregnancy, when we went hiking and kayaking with my dad on boundary waters about the same point of my pregnancy.
