Eric is getting his butt kicked everyday at work. Each day, in his own words, he “thinks he’s pushed himself harder than he could ever possibly go. And the next day is harder.” He’s currently nursing physically exhausted body and his legs, which, after many difficult callistetics and 2 other rope climbs, protected him from colliding into the ground many feet below. Ouch rope rash all down his leg.
I’m currently finding my footing in the city. Applying for jobs. Applying for grad school. Unpacking our stuff. The first two weeks I located a home for us. I did a pretty good job, I must say.
Olive, our cat, left us within the first week. :( He’s roaming the post like a wild animal at this moment.
Helena turns 10mo in two days. She’s always moving and loves playing silly with daddy. She’s pretty small for her age but can EAT! She’s done a good job on a difficult couple of months and I hope we can return to our original sleep patterns.
